By placing an order with ArtNDirt, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-made or original artwork may require additional processing time. Any such delays will be communicated to you.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping may be available for selected products and locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International: Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
- Tracking Orders
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
- Tracking updates depend on the courier service used.
- Packaging
- All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition.
- Fragile art items are packed with additional protective materials.
- Delays and Issues
ArtNDirt is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and product.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and determine a resolution.
Resolutions may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. ArtNDirt is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses.
Re-shipping costs due to address errors may be charged to the customer.
